Just came back from a training related to my Job in Shanghai. Still the feeling being pushed to change something, to focus more on what I have been doing and to challenge myself with new goals. And I need to set target to achieve this month:
- Continues to study Chinese (by on-site learning) and Japanese (by class)
- Embrace mediation in daily routine, in work
- Seriously say No to wasting time stuffs, appointment
- Review a day before going to sleep, must done something good for the present and invest for the future
- Self-discipline to what I have set and avoid all the procrastination.
